PRIVACY POLICY
Creator 1 LLC
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Creator 1 LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Florida limited liability company operating crea8or1.com and vault.crea8or1.com, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection and usage across our website, commercial software, video games (including titles developed by warknoc, such as Contractors of Fortune: Deniable Work, 1980 to 2000), and developer application programming interfaces (APIs, including UnitStack and CronCraft).
- The short version: Our games keep your play on your own machine. Our game server sees only what it needs to hand out new content and to stop link sharing. Our API engines process calculations in volatile memory and do not store or sell your payloads. We run no advertisements, and we have no behavioral tracking or analytics in our software.
1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS AND COLLECT
- Website Browsing: Like most websites, our web host automatically records standard request information sent by your browser (for example IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access). We use it only to run and secure the site.
- Developer APIs (UnitStack, CronCraft, RapidAPI): When you send computational requests to our APIs directly or via marketplace gateways:
- We process request payloads (such as dimension chains, tolerances, or cron expressions) in volatile server memory solely to compute and return your mathematical results.
- Payloads are not permanently stored, harvested, or repurposed.
- Our web server logs include your IP address, endpoint accessed, HTTP response code, and latency metrics to enforce rate limits, detect abusive traffic, and protect server health.
- Video Games and Software: Our games do not track, sell, or profile your personal data. There is no analytics or advertising code in our games.
- Game Server Content Delivery: When a game checks in with our server for new content (for example, new contracts in Contractors of Fortune), it sends:
- Your purchase key, which we store only as a one-way scrambled form (a hash) plus its first six characters, so we can find it if you ask for a reset;
- A random install number your game created for itself the first time it ran. It is not tied to your name, your email, or your device hardware;
- The time of the check-in;
- Your IP address, which every internet connection sends. We use it only to slow down floods of requests;
- The IDs of jobs already on your board, so the server does not send you a job you already have. These are used for that one answer and not kept.
- We use this only to confirm your copy was bought, to apply the machine limit (up to three machines per purchase), to enforce the sharing rules in our Terms of Use, and to keep the server running.
- Store-Shared Emails: Some stores (for example the Epic Games Store) share a buyer’s email address with us only if the buyer chose to allow it. We use those emails only to send news about our games. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- Customer Communications: If you email us, we use your email address only to answer you.
- Bug Reports: If you choose to send us a RUN CODE from a game, it holds your save numbers and what happened in your run, so the bug can be played back. It holds no personal details, and sending it is always your choice.
2. PAYMENT AND STORE PLATFORMS
We do not process or store payments or credit card numbers:
- Video game purchases are handled entirely by the store you bought from (such as the Epic Games Store, itch.io, or the Microsoft Store).
- API subscriptions and usage metering are handled directly by marketplace gateways (such as RapidAPI).
- Your billing details and payment methods are governed strictly by the respective platform privacy policy.
3. OFFLINE PLAY AND LOCAL DATA
Game saves, settings, and progress are stored on your own machine. We do not transmit or inspect your local saves.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
Our website uses only the minimal functional cookies needed for basic operations. We do not use advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking cookies.
5. WHO SEES YOUR DATA
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. Our services and calculation engines run on virtual servers rented from DigitalOcean, which host our services on our behalf under strict technical access controls. We disclose data to outside parties only if required by law (such as a valid court order or subpoena).
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Game Keys and Activations: The record of a purchase key (its scrambled form, the install numbers using it, and any sharing strikes) is kept while the key is in use and for 12 months after its last check-in.
- Server Request Logs: Web server and API gateway request logs are deleted after 90 days.
- Direct Communications: Store-shared emails and support messages are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- You can play our games offline without ever activating them.
- You can ask us at any time to review or delete the data we hold regarding your purchase key or email address. Write to our contact address below and we will process your request promptly.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our software, APIs, and websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. CHANGES
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our infrastructure or services. The date at the top indicates when it was last revised.
